Our studio is a large cosy space, filled with glowing natural light. Our community is warm and welcoming and our Saturday morning classes usually end with a tea/coffee catch up at a local cafe. You’re all very welcome here.

Yes, you can purchase a 4 class intro offer, 5 class pack or 10 class pack to help spread the cost of your yoga classes. Pricing information can be found above.
Customers can cancel their attendance from class up to 6 hours prior to start of the class. If an individual class pass was purchased, the customer will automatically receive a gift card with the amount of the class price, there will be no cash refunds. Passes purchased using a class pack will automatically be added back into the customer’s class pack.
If you cancel less than 6 hours prior to the start of the event, you will lose your class pass. You must login to your account to cancel yourself out of the class or use the link on your class confirmation email, you must not email Jess Mackenzie directly to cancel out of class, this will not be accepted as a form of cancellation.
Customers must arrive at least 5 minutes early for every in person class. If the customer arrives late for class they will not be permitted into class and they will lose their class pass. If the customer does not show up for class without cancelling (see cancelation policy) this is known as a no-show, the customer will lose their class pass. In both cases there will be no refunds available.
I always recommend starting with my Gentle Flow classes and a few beginner classes before diving into the more challenging ones. My Flow and Intermediate Flow classes tend to involve a lot of creative transitions at a quicker pace than some other classes, so it's essential to have a solid foundation before you start. That's why I encourage you to try gentle flow and beginner classes, which offer the time and knowledge you need to build a strong foundation. Once you feel comfortable with the pace, you can join us for Flow and before you know it, you'll be soaring into Intermediate Flow!
